Is anyone else having trouble communicating with Sams Photo Lab?
I've been using them for about 12 weeks and up until this last week I've had no problems and always got a response on email from David.
However, our Monday order from last week hasn't appeared but our Friday order has. The last communicado I've had was to day my Monday order was sent on Wednesday but that sent alarms bells ringing given the bad weather they were having at the time up in Scotland.
So, still this package hasn't arrived and thus far nobody is answering the phone at the lab and my emails aren't being answered either.
Getting rather frustrated now as we're a small business and can do without this hassle. To make matters worse I'm now waiting on the lovely folks at Google sending my checkout payments to my business account and we're running out of postal days until Christmas!!!!!!!!!! :bang:
