Anyone know if they are on holiday?

Sent an order on 24th June and got an email back statingthe Job number allocated. The money hasn't been taken from my bank account yet and I have heard nothing since. I have sent several emails with no response?.
 
Still waiting on an order from 23rd June, spoke to David twice since then and to a lady 10 mins ago. Claim to have posted out 3 times now!
 
Have made a few orders recently and no problems! Think I had one ordered last day of June, turned up 48 or so hours later.
 
Disapponted! Was expecting a call back today, after speaking to the lady around 12.15. Nothing. What do I say to my clients? The most important thing In business to me is communication. If someone calls or emails you return asap. If you have messed up then you hold your hands up and move on. I have now had to sound time looking for the pics I need and placing the order with loxley. It's the not knowing I can't stand.
 
Mine arrived yesterday, they look pretty good, some a little dark but that's prob because my monitor isn't quite calibrated.
 
Mine came today, post date of Sunday which seemed strange. My Loxley ones also arrived, have to say that I thought Sams were better but not a lot in it.
