Salvagable...?

I really like this shot, even though I took it a long time ago on a cheapo Kodak bridge, but I hate that I got the wire in the shot. Is it worth trying to fix, or is it beyond repair?

Neat bit of work - could also consider taking out the darkish patch bottom right.
