S95 from amazon :(

Received a Canon s95 from Amazon today.
Clearly it has been returned by someone as it did not look new and there is a mark on the lens coating that will not come off. I'm guessing it has already been returned by a customer already.

it has a 2pin power adapter in sealed bag but also a 3 pin uk power lead just loose in the box. Could this be a grey import?

Sounds very much like it.
Why not send it back ASAP as you have 7 days under distance selling regs if your unhappy provided you've not damaged it.
Was it Amazon themselves or one of their affiliates?

I'm going to send it back but not sure if i want a replacement or refund considering i can get an import s100 for £50 more

here's how i received it. There's a scuff on the barrel at the top, white spec near the middle of the lens and notice the coating appears to be coming off on the right side.
