Rx100 for long exposure

Hi all
I have a Sony rx100 and I'd like to use it to get some long exposure shot. Does any one here use there's for this and if so got any tips and examples of your work with it? And any advice on filters for one of these?

Here's a couple using my mk3 with a cheap Dorr ND8 screw on filter. I bought a very cheap stick on screw thread that sits on the front of the lens. Got mine of ebay, can't remember where from. Top one is 5 secs at f9 and the bottom is 30 secs at f9

That works doesn't it! I was looking at the mag filter type for mine. Definitely need to try tho. Cheers

The first one is now hanging on my wall as a canvas print of 120x80cm and I'm very pleased with it.
