As the licence criteria was a bit stiffer this time... Do we have as many people shooting it this season.. anyone on here? I know Gary is.. Ste at Widnes is.. I am .. Anyone else?
 
I'll be shooting super league this season Tony!. Kind regards Graham.
 
Am looking forward to seeing what you can do (if you're allowed to post on here or links to your website).

I'll be doing son no 1s U18s RL (but no Super League).
 
Not allowed to post on here Rob but websites are fine providing they meet the criteria regarding size, watermarking, not for sale etc, etc.

i included a link to my website and a printout of a page with SL pics on so they could see the steps I had taken... seem happy enough :)
 
Hey guys, who is the contact at the RFL that deals with licence. Does it come under John Ledger's department?

My query to them is not solely photography based but that department will be best suited to answer my questions.

what are the criteria for the rugby license tony? similar to the football league/premier ones?

Ive got a meeting with child protection board/chair of thatto heath crusaders on thursday regarding togging them for the season :D exited much?! seemed a bit OTT they wanted a enh CRB(which i had) and 2 references + to meet me. but hey if it gets me some experience and some shots for portfolio it will be worth it!

Not quite but definitely tightening up and.. I may be wrong but I think they only issue them off season and not while season is on..

I needed letters from newsapaper editors to say they would be hiring me for rugby work.. plus show (tearsheets) you ahve been published... Not easy to get the licence this time but not quite as strict as dataco :)
 
Ahh well the harder it is the less competition you will have :-)
