Yes
I have an EOS60D with standard lens & battery pack, a 70-300mm lens, an EF 100L, a 150-500mm lens, a camera top flash, a ring flash and associated bits & bobs. I also have a Manfrotto tripod.

Is there a rucksack than can cope with all this at once, or am I expecting too much?

Thanks.

LowePro Mini Trekker or similar?

there's a Tamrac Expedition 8 in the Classifieds which should swallow all that no problem & probably have room to spare as well as space for a laptop/waterproofs & lunch!.
There are plenty of bags that will if you are willing to pay.

There are plenty of large bags on the market from lowepro vertex range, tamrac expedition range (several sizes), think tank etc. one question would be do you need to carry all of this at once? How much is it all going to weigh and are you happy carrying all that weight all day long? Think tank are very good at showing images of their bags loaded and telling you what they got in it. Always helpful to see if your gear with fit in. The main problem you will find is the depth of the bag to accommodate a gripped body.

I've recently bought a lowepro vertex 300 and it is certainly big enough to carry all that. I've been looking for a bag that could carry gripped DSLR attached to a 300 f4 and another gripped DSLR attached to 17-55, and have room to sometimes carry a couple more extra lenses, a flash and a few extra bits and bobs. Whilst this bag is plenty big enough to do this I can't see me taking it out too often fully loaded as it weighs too much. I may take it to a photo workshop day where it's good to carry a few options but not for trekking around deer parks or across moors. Most of the time I know what I trying to photograph so I have a good idea of what I need to take and I love my lowepro flipside 400 as it's close to an ideal size for me.
