I just completed the RPS Studio Lighting 2-day course, led by Chris Burfoot, down in Lacock this weekend and I just wanted to let everyone know - it's very good!
I've been wanting to have a go at studio setups for some time, but I was always a bit nervous about trying it out, and I really had difficulty getting my head around it. The course was very practical, very well explained, with excellent facilities - and for the price of £145, very good value as well. It's very much an introductory course, but even so - of the 11 people participating, at least two of them had already purchased quite a bit of kit for their own home studios. Everybody left happy this evening.
Chris Burfoot was an excellent teacher and the surroundings are stunning. I highly, highly recommend it. But now I want to buy a big lighting kit while I have a wedding to pay for!!!! :bonk:
