A large tripod I think and a remote release. :)

Looks interesting but I don't think I'll be able to go.
 
Hmmm. I still have a pathological hatred of tripods... definitely push a film within an inch of its life or further!

Weather forecast is looking a bit dodgy though as supposed to be snow/sleet etc.

Have you tried to push XP2 or are you saying to just underexpose it? I think that Fuji and Ilford usually advise against pushing their C41 monochrome offerings.

I previously dreaded the thought of tripod-based photography myself, but I've actually found it to be great and it unquestionably knocks the socks off of pushed results. Tripods can open up a whole new world of creative opportunities as well.
 
Under exposing it would do really. It's supposed to be reasonable latitude wise.

There's always the built in flash I suppose..../ducks
