Rolleiflex 3.5F fungus in viewing lens

I recently bought a Rolleiflex 3.5F from a reputable dealer in london on a 6 month warranty. It was advertised in Mint- condition. I’ve received it today and there is fungus in the viewing lens. I’ve got it at a decent price (roughly £1000). I’m wondering whether to ask for a CLA or just return it. Rolleis are old and if the fungus spreads, it’ll be more trouble than it’s worth. What do you guys think?

£1000 is a good price for a Rolleiflex 3.5? blimey I'm out of touch! I'd definitely return it, as you say fungus spreads!
