ROES stuff wouldn't start

as far as i know its all java based, do you have java installed?

my windows ROES has stopped working completely since updating my java. DSCL need to pull their finger out and develop an up to date solution in my opinion.
 
I use a few java based applications and everything else works fine.

They have a new on-line system at loxley but not for clusters. I wanted to make the most of their show offer, but it sounds like I won't :(
 
I managed to get it working. In despair I copied the thing into "Applications" like you would with any normal app. That worked. I don't know why they give wrong instructions...
Hopefully the order will be worth it
