Robert White is cheaper than Tesco shock!

So, I was looking for some triangular split rings (lugs for attaching a camera strap to a body) and discovered that you can buy a 6-pack of Hama rings from Robert White for £3.60.

Meanwhile Tesco are selling the exact same item for £9.76!

Is this a record for the first time that Robert White were cheaper than anyone (let alone Tesco and by this margin) for anything, ever?

P.S. While I've created a thread on the topic - any thoughts about the relative merits of triangular vs circular rings (especially in the context of an OM-2n)?

You've forgotten that RW quote at exVAT rates! Also they don't have them in stock.

Well, the £3.60 was including VAT.

Point taken about them being out of stock though.

I don't know about triangular ones but i just use circular ones and you can get those in various sizes from pretty much any key cutting place for like 5 or 10p each.

I've got circular on the OM2 and Triangular on the OM4, can't say as it makes a blind bit of difference either way, the straps still get twisted with both!
