RIP

An absolute legend and a gentleman. Used to love seeing him at the Goodwood Revival.
 
Absolute Legend. I to remember him at the revival driving a Mercedes and tiff needel driving an Aston and trading paintwork through the race
 
I saw him in 'his' Mercedes number 722 in 2005 at the Goodwood FoS here:-

RIP top racing bloke. Great driver and very interesting character. :)
 
A true gentleman, I met him a few times while competing against him in "car trials" back in the mid '70s
