RIP Major Dick Winters

It is with a sad heart that I heard of the passing of Major Dick Winters.

I only know him from the television series Band of Brothers and a few interviews I've seen with him but he, for me, was a true hero who served with other heroes.

Oh that is so sad. My husband and I adore Band of Brothers and Dick Winters' story, he just mentioned a few days ago that he was still living.
