Are there any alternatives to the ricoh in the £300-£400 range?
I’ve been trying to decide between a 28mm and a 35mm lens. I’m fairly sure that I want a 28mm to pair with my 50mm but ideally it would be on a camera like the ricoh so I can walk around with the 50mm and pull out the 28mm quickly from a pocket when required. I’m not a big fan of switching lenses and they would be used for family photos. I’ve had a 35mm before but 35mm is too wide when 50mm works and it’s too tight when 28mm works. As the crop from 28-35 is pretty slight it seems the best way to go.
I’d really like a ricoh but £700 minimum is a bit rich for me.
I used my iPhone in raw last year which worked fine but I just don’t like using it for photos and the low light is very bad.
