Well, a bit of a cop-out really as I've been struggling to think of a way of doing this weeks challenge. I came up with this idea hoping to set a scene of a bit of bed time reading, until my missus told me we don't have any poetry books, so Famous Five will have to do. Use your imagination!

I like the idea and the super wide angle it has been taken at.

The over exposed lamp draws the eye too much for me but a great effort in whats been a stinker of a theme....for me anyway.

Other than Photoshop, is there any way of reducing the over exposure of the lamp? Pic was taken at with my fisheye at f3.5, 1/6 sec at ISO 100 and an exposure bias of +0.7

Famous Five is still around? I read those THIRTY years ago!!!

A suggestion for a title for your photo to tie it in to poetry: "Poetry is boring. I prefer real books!"

My daughter can't get enough of them, and good choice of title

I can't name all five anymore, I have George, Anne, Julian, Timmy and I even remember Uncle Quentin but not the last of the famous five.

Short for Richard (his real name is censored ) and Julian - Boys
George and Anne - Girls
Timmy - Dog

Why do older kids books use risky names, Swallows and Amazons is another example!

Anyway, comments on the pic anyone?

I like the shot Rich, the only downside to it is the lamp, but apart from moving the lamp up and right out of shot, I don't know what could be done about it.
