Hi has anyone used RGB-TECH or know someone who has,and if so are they a good company to deal with.Thanks.
 
I've used them twice - positive and negative.

Postive - Got my D700 from them, and they were £300 cheaper than anyone else on launch day.

Negative - Before Christmas 2008 I placed an online order for around £1k. Card charged immediately. No sign of goods for at least two weeks. Emailed several times. No reply. On ringing, they couldn't locate the order at all - despite the charge to my CC. Got refunded in the end....
 
I've had a similar experience to Andy (puddleduck) - I've ordered a lens from them on two different occassions. The first arrived very quickly however the second (although they told me it was in stock) never got dispatched although they debited my card - warehouse error so they said. Took a couple of weeks and a lot of ear-bashing to get my refund. I've been put off them now.
 
Both times I ordered from them they were well priced and courteous. Both things arrived when promised, well packaged and in perfect condition.

I would heartily recommend them.

And these were not small orders either, one was the d3x :love::love:

Well, they are local to me so I can vouch for them being a bonafide brick n mortar business. :thumbs:
 
I bought about £2k worth of Sony camera gear from them when nobody else in UK seemed to have stock. Spoke with the MD once too. He was knowledgeable about the stuff too, not just a salesman.

I've used them without any problems and very good prices too!
