Last friday I purchased a 17-55 2.8 from RGB and had to return it for replacement. After a quick call and a chat with one of the nice people there I boxed it back up so they would receive it monday.

Tuesday afternoon a new lens arrives on my doorstep.

I know people like to complain when things are wrong but I've had a lot of grief recently just getting my money back from one retailer when they couldn't even supply the 17-55, so to get a turnaround like this I'm over the moon about.

Top marks to them for customer service from me, they will definately be getting my money again :clap:

Great price compared to the competitors, quick response to emails, fast to phone back and almost 24hrs to rectify my issues.
