Suggestions for getting rid of the offending hand and filling in the space to create a smooth shirt line so that this gentleman doesn't look as if he has an hourglass figure? :lol:

Do you have any other photos from the same session where the hand isn't pulling the shirt in so much? If you do then you could use another photo and the clone tool to create more natural looking creases and a straighter hang of the shirt once you've cloned the hand out.

Shame so small to work on

very good - that would do nicely. It's a 3/4 body shot on a (probably) 9x6 final print, so that looks about good enough to me. I'll have a go at all your suggestions when I get back to the original when it's confirmed that this one is in the final print choices. Thanks :thumbs:
