I am thinking of digging out my old 35mm film camera that i bought 22 years ago...

Been to Tesco by me and they still develope film and scan to CD.. as i have read through the threads..

But i was wondering where can get 35mm B+W or colour film ????
I was after a few rolls just to try.... something cheap to start...

Thanks
Mark

+1 for 7DS, they usually have the best prices and its free delivery. They can take their time delivering though, especially avoid ordering if a products 'on order' unless you want to wait a few months!. Cant fault them other than that.

Thanks Guys...

I just had a look on the site and was just about to ask whether neopan 400cn would be the best, but bigyin answered that question...

People mention keeping film in fridge ?? would you have to, with this type of film???

Just used to buy and process film in boots 20 years ago, but would like to do it properly this time...

depends - I tend to buy film that's either short dated or from the film manufacturers pro ranges and by the pack of 10/20 rolls. Both of these are best stored in a sealed storage box in the fridge, and removed the night before you're going to use 'em. If you're only going to keep the rolls a couple of weeks before they're shot and processed, I wouldn't worry unduly.

i have a fridge in my room cause my mum wasnt happy i had so many rolls of film in the main fridge! i mean, come on...

and what camera is it ??

Tut....mams ehh, what are they on, its only film, she should think herself lucky you don't go fishing and stick 2 pints of golden maggots in the fridge every Friday night...

Anyway, Boots and Jessops sell film if we don't want to arse about with buying online and postage an all that faff.

I rescanned it at 4800dpi and enlarged on the computer screen then moved the image across the screen and it was still quite good at 8' across. So the operators in some Tescos are competent, so check out your local Tesco with a test film to see if it's a good one.
