resizing for PhotoBox

Hi all many of my finished photos are stored and saved in Tiffs, but would like to print many out using Jpg at 10" x 8".

Can any one tell me the ideal Jpg size to upload for 10" x 8" printing, I bet its something simple, but i can't do simple.,

what setting should i be looking at from the image below.

Change the units to inches then 10 x 8. Perfect.

Obviously you may need to crop to get the right aspect ratio and you will need to set the resolution to whatever your print house need it to be.
