Replacing T5 under cabinet light tube

I'm sure there's a knack to this but I obviously haven't found it yet [emoji32]

Can anyone advise how to remove the tube from our under cabinet light please. It seems to rotate about 90 degrees to loosen but I can't seem to extract it. Advice much appreciated please
 
Should be a slot in either end fitting that the pins on the tube will come out through. You may have to push it one way or the other to make enough space to get the pins out.
 
As Hugh says, you should be able to see when the pins are opposite the slots. You can also bend out the end slightly to make life easier.

NOT TOO MUCH! :) Probably about 10mm or so.
