Replacement tripod mount ring with Arca-Swiss plate for Canon 100-500mm L IS

All my equipment has been converted to work with the Arca Swiss type tripod mounts, and I've just converted to the Canon R system.

Just got the 100-500 and it's got the ring lens collar, I need to change that for an integral unit, normally I'd get RRS stuff. but I don't think they do one.

Found this one on Amazon, anyone tried it or any more suggestions?

I've been using that exact iShoot model for 12 months with no issues at all.

Just got mine, looks fine however I'd prefer a little sticking out on the foot on the other side to hook my fingers on when carrying it.... reasonable price however!
