I used them last year and was impressed with the service, and the prices, which were much less than I thought they'd be
 
Just an update:

Thanks for the detail Ffoeg the service was pretty quick I left a voicemail message with Nikon on Friday at 4pm with my callback number and the part I needed. By 11am on Monday they returned my call and by Tuesday morning the next day I'd received the part.

All very quick and painless.
