Replacement 3 way head

As alway I cocked up and bought a 804RC2 head for my 055PROB tripod

The tripod fine but the head can't handle the weight of a 1D MKIIN and 300 f/2.8 lens which together come to about 4KG

The shop I bought if from have kindly offered to take the 804RC2 back in exchange for another Manfroto head thats up to the job (They only sell Manfroto)

So what do you suggest I get instead, maybe a 160 or 229 or a geared head as would rather have a 3 way and not ball type. Like I said, need to be MANFROTO

I mainly use the tripod for Landscape.

petrolhead, I use a 410 geared head with a 1Ds and unless I'm using a big tele-ie my 35/350 or 100/400 find it to be great and stable, but takes a bit of getting used to and isn't too quick to adjust.

I have a couple of extra plates for the 2 tele lenses and just slot them on as required on to the head, then the kit is more balanced.
