Removing Vignettes from Fujifilm Lens

I’ve found that my Fujifilm lenses vignette quite badly when shooting wide open, especially my 56mm f1.2 this is a particularly a problem when shooting Astro photography when I need to stick a couple of dozen wide open shots together.

Back when I shot Nikon it was an easy fix in Lightroom as I just went to lens profiles and adjusted the vignette slider, however this is not possible with Fujifilm due to the way they embed the lens profile into the raw file.

Can anyone advise of any alternate ways to accurately remove vignettes? Ideally in Lightroom as i’d ideally like to edit one shot then apply to all before combining into a pan / multi-image shot.

I’ve tried searching online but just keep finding videos and articles on using the lens correction function.

Just out of curiosity, when you open the lens correction tab, do you see the little info icon and a message stating that a built-in profile has been used? That’s what is supposed to happen and so the vignetting *should* be corrected. Off the top of my head, could you try using the vignette in the Effects section to try and correct it, or even use local adjustments like the brush or radial filter?

Yes, for Fuji lenses it "should" be corrected in Lightroom. Otherwise, as suggested, LR has it's own vignetting tool under "Effects". I cannot remember if this lens has a petal-type lenshood. If so and you used it, was it seated correctly?
