Removing unwanted things

Hi, I took the photo below after recce'ing the site during the day, totally missed the fact that there were power cables right across the area I would be photographing. Basically I have tried to removed as much as possible of the power cables, but I'm sure there must be an better way. Yes, I know I should have noticed that during daylight that there were cables there! Anyway as I had no time to move anywhere else I guessd I'd try to do something with the wires later. I'm using Elements 7 BTW. Thanks.

Reckon it might just be a time cosuming job with clone & healing tools.

With the new content aware brush it might be possible to do a good job, but sadly thats not in elements 7, it shouldn't be too difficult to clone in the bits over the firework a bit time consuming perhaps.

Thanks you two! I did spend some time cloning and healing but I guess that sometimes these things do at least make us, well me at least, learn something.
