Remote viewfinder SONY A68

Hi, would anyone know a way to access my viewfinder remotely? When I shoot in Portrait from a low perspective, I can't access my viewfinder of screen, unless I go flat on my belly...I did non manage to find a angle finder and since the A68 has no WiFi or Bluetooth, I was wondering if anyone has some advice???I'm really bad all the current technology sorry!

You'd need to shoot via some sort of USB tethering.

Tethered to a phone or tablet: There's an Android app called RCCDroid which claims to be able to do this, but you might need a USB OTG adapter to make it work.
Tethered to a laptop: Shoot in tethered mode from software such as Lightroom or Capture One.
