Remote Shutter

Hi

Yeah I have something quite similar from Yongnuo! However I have both a wireless remote which can also work well in Bulb mode and more recently a wired timer remote. I favour the wired timer remote unless I want to specifically set the camera up for remote captures - birds in the garden for example.

They are cheap enough to carry both I believe.

I bought a similar one but it's poor. Two frame per click exposure on occasion (not bottomed out why) and a lug broke first time out leaving battery cover loose. The YongNuo looks better. Having said that mine does capture the frame (or two!) every time, has good range and I guess I can't complain too much for £14.

If range not needed though, cable release better in my view.
