Reflector Positioning

Last night, I spent a fair amount of time working out how to hold my reflectors in various poses.
I've only seen 1 type of relector holder but surely there most be lots.
I mean we are only talking a bar & clamp right?

What type is the most recommended ? - (other than female assistant )

I have one of these. They are very good, and slide onto a spare light stand.
I got mine from eBay for £12 inc postage.
If you haven't got a spare stand you can pick one up for a tenner.
Best money you can spend.

Lencarta sell an arm that you can use with any lighting stand. Good value too. Just added one to my equipment list.
