Reflector holder arm help

Hi I wonder if anyone could help me, I bought a reflector holder arm, but one of the clips that grip the reflector has snapped I wonder if anyone knows where you can buy the grip clips from.

What make is it Peter? Have you tried either from whence it came or the manufacturer?

Would an ordinary office bulldog clip work?
