Recording a Ringtone for an iPhone

I want to use a recording as a ringtone for my iPhone 11 but when I search for how to do it, the results all show how to do it using iTunes. Problem is, iTunes is no more and Music only shows the songs that are on the phone. Finder now shows the rest but I can't see how to do it as iTunes had a Tones section.

Anyone know an updated method?

Thanks Roger. I'd deleted GB as it said it wasn't compatible when I got my iPhone 11. It's obviously had an update

There is also Ringtone Maker as another possible option.
