Recommended Tripod Head For Macro

I've been given 190PROB tripod and am looking for a suitable tripod head for macro work. It will be holding up a 5D and Canon 100mm lens. I've got the 488RCO on my 55PROB tripod but don't find it that good for macro. Can anyone recommend a head that they use.

I've just bought a Manfrotto geared head and it seems ok.
