I've played off and on with Powertoys before - I actually uninstalled it after trying out an early version of the camera mute function which caused all kinds of mayhem.
At the weekend I upgraded to a second 4k monitor and found myself spending a lot of time moving windows around. I then spent ages looking for something as good as Moom on the Mac. Eventually I remembered the awfully names Fancy Zones. It does everything I need.
If you have Windows and a lot of screen real estate, I'd recommend Powertoys for this toy alone. Better than any of the paid for s/w I tried.
