Recommend me something to listen to....

Last night I found an old "napster" CD with a few albums on; I ended up ;listening to: The Waterboys and The Corrs....

Can anyone recommend me anything similar to either one of those?

Have you checked out jango internet radio app? You type a band you like in and it plays them along with other bands similar that it thinks you may like.

If you use iTunes, why not use Apple music. Put in your preferences and it will make the recommendations for you. I love their music service, access to the full catalog and superb recommendations of previously unknown (to me) bands and music. Great value as well if you do it on a family basis.

I rate the untitled/self-titled album above Zeitgeist. Some cracking tunes on that album.

But Leveling the Land is the best thing they ever recorded. I saw them whilst they were promoting the much-derided "Hello Pig" - they did a few new songs then just played Leveling the Land, in entirety, and in order from start to finish. What a gig that was - amazing energy.
