Recommend me a decent reflector

I can get a 'five in one' jobby for about 20 pence on eBay and that maybe good enough but can anyone recommend a decent quality reflector for single person portraits, mainly face/head/shoulders so doesn't need to be the size of a small island in the Indian Ocean!

Would rather buy 'once', budget up to £50.

The only advantage of spending the extra for say a Lastolite (besides a halfway decent case) is the metal is easier to bend but that's only going to matter if you're fighting a giant reflector.

I'd personally suggest for a normal size reflector there's no harm in saving some money by buying the generic, if you need an especially big/small one or sunfire/soft silver/etc then sure that's a different matter.

The handle on the lastolite trigrip makes it look very useful and it has a good reputation. I got a clone and it's too floppy to consistently hand-hold while using a camera one-handed.

I have the Lastolite Triflector and it's superb. I went with the silver version.

The trigrip is ace for a one man operation, but seriously...

It's a reflector, it reflects light, there's no magical formula involved, you're better off spending £50 on a stand, reflector boom and 20 pence reflector than spending £50 on a gold plated Californian Sunbounce Miracle Machine.

So the tri grip is good, the triflector is a decent gadget too (though expensive).

I got a 5 in 1 reflector from ebay for under £7,works fine.
