Yes
As it says on the title.

I've been happily using the various versions of the Sansa clip for years. Just replaced a dead one with the clip jam and it's not good.
Cheap plastic, terrible ergonomics and only just able to play Audible files with long very irritating delays.

I've been searching for an alternative but there is nothing obvious.

Apple - overpriced and overcomplicated.
Sony - doesn't support Audible.
A few others from makes I have never heard of.

So can anyone recommend something similar to the clip from cat 3? Budget up to £100 but preferably more like £50.

Yes I know I can use my phone or tablet but much prefer a dedicated player that is not going to die after a few hours use.

Cheers
Steve

Can you not get the Original Sansa Clip on ebay or do you want a change?

I have two clips, one in the car, one in my pocket, perfect (y)

What's the issue?

I checked on eBay. The only clips they had were new "buy it now" at £80 delivered.
Could go that route but it seems a lot for something that's been on a shelf for quite a few years.

£25.00/£30.00 on Amazon.

Unfortunately not - it cannot play Audible (.aa) files.

From the lack of reposes I'm guessing there really isn't much out there.
God help me I may have to buy from the evil empire:(:(.
