Recomend me a cheap head

I currently have a a nikon d60 with the standard zoom lens however I am looking to invest in the Nikon AF-S 70-300mm VR!

I would like a ball head with the QR plate? It is to fit a redsnapper tripod so Gitzo or Manfrotto heads fit? not sure about any others? Also where is a cheap place to get it?

What about redsnapper's own ballhead? I've read only good things about it here

I bought the redsnapper head a couple of weeks ago and would definitely recommend it for the price. Very sturdy and well engineered and TP members get a 10% discount so under £50 delivered.
