Really, really, really need help cloning - did I say please?

For the past two days I've been trying to clone an annoying thing out of a portrait I did for a friend. In my eyes, without this thing, it would be near perfect and I would gift it to her.

I am now asking the pros to attempt it. I would be so thankful, you have no idea, would even offer a pound through paypal....or something, lol. I'm just so desperate :)
It's the little white thing in the left hand corner, next to the child. Grrrrrr

Even if someone does have a go for you.... you going to give her a 800 pixel JPEG print? Also, sometimes it's really difficult retouching low resolution images. A link to the absolute full resolution image would be ideal.

Also.. which white thing... there are two annoying white things... one next to the hair, and one next to the eye. Which one do you want removing?

Very kindly a member has already sorted out the eyes and white bits on the small version and is willing to work on the bigger version.

And to ahill, thats what I had in mind, yes.
