Raynox DCR-150 lens adapter ring

I have just receive my Raynox macro lens. I has the usual clip on universal attachment. What I was wondering was, would it be better to get an adapter ring to step down (in my case) to 43mm? Wouldn't it be a better idea to have it more securely mounted? Or, are there other problems with doing this?

Some users do prefer using screw in step down rings, because you get a more precise centering and alignment of the lens. I haven't seen any examples of before and after photos showing the misalignment problem, however. There are no problems apart from the inconvenience.

OK, I have ordered one from China. That seems to be the only place to get the ones I want (58 - 43mm and 67 - 43mm).
