I'm sorry, but who the hell told you, you could put lettuce on a fine Steak Sandwich like that. It should be garnished with onion's and 'shroom's, some mayo and some good American Mustard as GOD decree'd it to be to Noah himself. I swear, the poor old sod is rolling in his coffin at the sight of that green monstrsoity

Interesting set - looking at this from a stock point of view I would prefer to see a slightly larger DoF - the last one being by far the best in my opinion - but either clean the yellow stuff off the plate or add more to make it look as if it is supposed to be there
