Yes
Since I started using Rawshooter i've been wondering what people usually set the "sharpening" to. I find myself setting it to full most of the time but maybe this isn't the best

I tend to leave my RAW converters on the defaults, exporting to a 16-bit TIFF, which I then sharpen at the final stages (web version only) in Photoshop.

Ditto, straight comparisons done previously have shown I get a lot more 'noise' or 'artefacts' [whatever you want to call it, image degredation in essence] if I use the sharpen or other settings in RawShooter than I do using similar editing functions in PS CS.
The only ones I do use is Exposure comp [for single images I want to HDR], and sometimes the fill light function which can be quite useful too.

:agree:

The light fill tool is very useful indeed. Has saved the day for me on a few occassions. I only sharpen in Cs2.

With Rawshooter I used to put all of the sharpening sliders to zero.
I found sharpening in Rawshooter added unwanted artifacts.

Do all of your sharpening when you have finished processing in your favorite image editor, e.g. PS CS.

:agree:
I do the sharpening in PS too
