CS2 will have the camera raw plugin which you can set up to batch process your raw files. However the results may not be good since it will use the same settings for all the images. 200 Raw files will take a long time to convert even on a very fast pc.

If you dont have any actions set to do it in CS2 .
1. open the files in ACR
2. Select all the files or if they vary a lot in exposure etc select them in groups
3. Do a few minor adjustments on them
4. Select them all
5. save files - you will be able to pick how to save them and where
6. go for a cup of tea while it bangs away at them.
7. they should all be converted to jpg or whatever.
they wont be perfect but its quick, and you can adjust the more extreme ones.
