Rant - Love Hate

ok this has photography theme but its a plain and simple rant. :bonk:

I love photography,

> the feeling you get when you see someones emotions to a picture you crafted

> the feeling when you sell your first picture

> the feeling when you sell your first picture to a stranger (it want just a pitty purchase, theyre enriching there own life with product of your skill)

I hate photograpy,

> GEAR ENVY, i love shiney toys and when people i know have the mk15 and i still only have the mk 12 ohhh the pain.

> i alway want to improve, could i compose this better next time, are eye lashes quite sharp enough.


:bang: if it was just photography it would be fine, but then i find rock climbing more shiney new gear, more technique to master...

Its all relative.. the people with the mk15 are looking over there shoulders.... its never ending with photography.. I ahve what I think is an impressive kit bag.. but my wish list would break the bank 5 times over

Gear envy can work both ways.

You can envy people buying a more expensive camera than you, but you can also laugh when you an get better photographs with your cheaper camera.
