Hello all, I’d like to go to a few rally events in England and Wales when I can because it’s an area of Motorsport that I haven’t really explored, but I can’t seem to find any helpful sites for listing events. So if anybody has a link or can tell me some events that are within the next few months that would be fantastic.

You could look for championship websites as they'll list all the rounds and you can just pick the ones close enough to you, for example:
British Rally Championship
MSA English Rally Championship
MSA Welsh Rally Championship
BTRDA Rally Series
British Historic Rally Championship
R.A.C. Rally Championship (Roger Albert Clark)

There'll also be championships that cover a smaller area - such as the Northern Historic Rally Championship or North of England Tarmacadam Rally Championship - which will give you a list of events within that smaller area.

There's also a World Rally Championship round in Wales.
 
Try having a look at the MSA website. They're the governing body for all Motorsport in the UK. There is a search page, but it's not fantastic, as you can't narrow it down by area. But you can select the type of event (in your case rallying and stage rallying) and to within a certain time, 1 week, 4 weeks etc.

If you change it to calendar view it gives a bit more information. Sometimes the website for the organising club and whether spectators are allowed or not. There are some close to us in South Wales that do not, or are limited where you can go because they are on military land.
