I've not used them myself but they're supposed to be a good starting point, however in the long run they might not be the most reliable. You can always upgrade later if you decide you want to get into OCF more seriously.
I've used Cybersyncs, which have been excellent, but they're pricey in the UK. I'm now on Pocketwizards, which are awesome & can be had for around £150/pair second hand if you're willing to bide your time & wait a bit. These may be the way to go as you can pretty much sell them on for what you bought them for if you decide it's not for you!

A bit late now, but these can be ordered from Cotswoldphoto on ebay for only £1 more for the Tx/Rx pair.
