R5 and image.canon

Hi

I registered my R5 for this and have tried the set up multiple times with no success. I've got as far as registering the camera, connecting it to my router via wi-fi, sending my email address and then selecting a 4 digit code for Canon to ask for via mail but ... I get an err 125 message saying connection problem and nothing happens.

I'm onilne and my internet is working properly but for some reason I can't get this thing to work. Any ideas?

I tried this and it was a pain. In the end, it did seem to work, I just kept resetting and restarting. However, it's exceedingly slow at doing it (My home internet is around 70mb) and only seemed to transfer some images.. so I've just given up with that and simply plug the SD card into my mac!

Not that that solves your problem but..!
