I've noticed that there is the option on here to take part of a post, quote it and comment on it. So, how do I copy part of a post? is it copy and paste or some other way?

Copy and paste as far as I know unless there is a quicker way.

hit the quote button, and delete from the Message window the bits you don;t want.....
