Quick question on Lightroom

I was watching a tutorial on using Lightroom, and when importing images and adding metadata, the "Rights Usage Status" in their example was 'Royalty Free'. If I want complete control of how my images are used, would I be correct in using 'All Rights Reserved' or is there a more apropriate term?

My default for LR is to set the Copyright field to Copyrighted and in the Rights Usage Terms I have:

No reproduction without prior permission. The moral right to recognition as the author is asserted
