Quick help please! What type of tripod is this?

That's a rotating centre column arrangement and it's very versatile, I'd highly recommend it. Any idea how much dosh you can go to?
 
I don't know CT, they never said, so I'm guessing whatever. They know what I'm after, I just have to pick one from the site, as I can't go in store to see for myself unfortunatly.
 
The Benbo fits the bill as Doddy says, and it's a great pod. The only thing is they're not everyone's cuppa - the legs fold down side by side so it's awkward to cart about. I have the full sized Benbo - and it's like wresting with a set of manic bagpipes at times. :D

What you're looking for is a rotating centre column so tell them that. Manfrotto, Gitzo etc all do models with the feature. Don't go too cheap with the pod if you can help it you'll only regret it later.

A lot of folks go for the Manfrotto 190 series which I'm pretty sure has the feature, and being a popular pod I'd think Jessops would stock it.
